It is the on-site support and high quality standard of service that spans throughout all service teams at the Hotels van Oranje that makes it one of our preferred hotels in The Netherlands. We used the Hotels van Oranje twice in 2009 and on both occasions have had wonderful experiences, from proposal through to final billing the staff are easy to contact, respond to queries quickly and were able to make arrangements at short notice. An important factor we found was the on-site support from the meeting service team, when our meeting ran early and we were informed that the session would break 20 minutes earlier than expected the F&B team were able to produce all of the refreshment stations and most importantly the wonderful cakes and biscuits at a moments notice, it is this on-site support and high quality standard of service that spans throughout all service teams at the Hotels van Oranje that makes it one of our preferred hotels in The Netherlands.
